These Terms govern your use of Spotto (the browser extension and the spotto.live website), operated by Cristea Lelia, Bacău, Romania (“we”, “us”). By using Spotto, you agree to these Terms.
Spotto helps you find where to click on web dashboards using voice or text and an on-screen spotlight. It reads the page you ask about to provide guidance. Spotto is a helper tool — you remain responsible for the actions you take in your own accounts and tools.
You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
You can cancel anytime, no questions asked, from the billing portal (Manage billing). Your subscription simply stops renewing — and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, Spotto goes dark until you renew.
Payments are non-refundable for partial months. When you cancel, you’re not charged again, and you keep access until your current paid period ends.
Don’t use Spotto to break the law, abuse the service, attempt to overload or reverse-engineer it, or use it on systems you’re not authorised to access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy (in short: passwords and cards are masked, and we don’t store your screenshots).
Spotto is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the guidance is always correct or that the service is uninterrupted. Always double-check important actions yourself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions you take based on Spotto’s guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
We may update these Terms (the date will change) and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. You may stop using Spotto at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bacău, Romania.
