01About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Spotto (Cristea Lelia, Bacău, Romania) for using spotto.live and the Spotto extension. By using them you accept these terms.

02The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We'll email you when your invite is ready. Places are given in the order people join.

03Founder pricing

The first 100 people who join and subscribe get Spotto for €5.99 a month, locked for as long as their subscription stays active. After that, Standard is €9.99 a month and includes everything in Founder.

Prices include VAT where it applies. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel. The founder price (40% off) applies to the first 12 months of a founder subscription; after that, the Standard price applies. If a founder subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the Standard price applies. Spotto is a digital service that starts right away: at checkout you agree to that, and so the 14-day EU right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to a period that has already started — you can still cancel any time so you’re not charged again.

04Using Spotto

• Use it for your own work and the dashboards you're allowed to use.
• Don't try to break it, copy it or use it to harm others.
• Spotto suggests where to click. You decide what to click, and you stay responsible for the changes you make.

05Your account

Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You sign in with Google and must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One account per person; plans include a fair-use limit on questions, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

06Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments aren’t refunded for partly used months. If something went wrong on our side — a double charge, or Spotto not working for you at all — write to us and we’ll make it right.

07Liability

Spotto is provided as is. It suggests where to click and can be wrong, so check important actions yourself — especially anything involving money, keys or deleting data. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for actions you take based on its guidance, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law. These terms are governed by Romanian law.

08Changes and contact
